I applied through Intec to study Business Management in the beginning of December 2012, all my paper work was processed I made all the necessary payments as I paid for the entire course upfront, and on the 19th of December 2012 I was sent an sms with my student number, saying I was officially registered and will receive my books within 21 working day of registration which should have been Monday 21 January 2013. When I phoned Intec back to quire why I have not received my study material as yet, there answers was there suppliers were closed and I will have to wait an additional 3 weeks to get my books.. This is unacceptable as I had to phone them to find out, why is it that the students are not notified, why must we phone them to find out the bad news, they have no problem taking your money upfront but when it comes time to deliverer they fail miserably. To make matters worse when I keep phoning the call centre for information they keep giving me one excuse after another refuse to let me speak to a manager and are rude with me. I am discussed with Intec's call centre manners it makes me sick to my stomach that I even considered dealing with them. Intec nothing but empty promises
