Cannot process registration

I registered online on 7 January 2013 for the Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management and paid the amount of R5, 000 on the same day. The registrations closed on 25 January 2013 already, and until today I have not received any response from Unisa. To phone will not help in any way and I have sent 7 emails without success. On MyUnisa the registration shows "In Progress", but that has been the case since 7 January 2013. The assigment dates are getting nearer and I still need to buy the text books. At this stage I would rather have my fees refunded in full and say goodbye to Unisa.
