This is actually the second time that I need to write on Hellopeter for outstanding study material.
First I had to wait one year to get all my books and now I received a call in November 2012 that the external exam I had to write is now replaced with assignments I will need to complete. They promised me that they will send the material to me asap but in the mean time its almost February and I am still waiting. I lost already three months now and my study period ends in May 2013. I've completed all other subjects and really can't continue now.
I've been calling and mailing on a daily basis but it seems to be impossible to get this problem solved. I feel very lost and wonder if I will ever receive my books. Lost 3 months of study while I payed a lot for this enrollment!
