Are you people serious or is this a FEEBLE DISCRIPTION OF A JOKE??? I sent an email regarding delivery of my study material which I haven't received in over 30 days now of waiting. Your reply was that you will send it to me via SkyNet in 4-5 working days, yet still I have not received it. You people have made no attempt to call me or notify me about this. It means that my concern doesn't worry you, you couldn't be bothered.
If this is meant to impress me in any idiotic manner, as a woman of my caliber I'm far from it. You are failing to provide me with the service I need from you, therefore you are not meeting your end of the bargain.
Refund me my money you have my bank details, since you are failing to give me a BASIC NEED AS A STUDENT (BOOKS). INTEC IS NOT THE ONLY SAQA RECONGNISED INSTITUTE. TAKE YOUR BOOKS AND SHOVE THEM TO . Its already March, what about assignments, exams, and research that I may need to do. Guess that doesn't concern you again.
