I needed to register for the first semester with UNISA whom I have registered with before. My account was R182 in arrears and was paid on the 10th of January 2013 in full... 15 days before registration closed (Reference number 4989/062) I logged on every single day to proceed with my registration but everyday, up till today, it tells me fees outstanding. I have missed the registration cutoff obviously, cannot proceed with my studies for the semester, and have sent about 3-5 emails which i still have had no response too. This is pathetic and would love to know how UNISA will change this situation or if they can give me back the 6 months that i have now lost out on. And they consider themselves a world renowned university? I dont think so. Where payment cannot be picked up 1 month and 16 days later. Its pathetic that you call yourself an Educational Institution
