I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with Milpark's service. I wanted 6 modules and discovered I was pregnant at the beginning of this year. I've been unwell and in the doctor's office because of issues with my pregnancy. I have forgetting symptoms since I am constantly nauseous and vomiting and suffer from chronic spine and head aches and pains on a daily basis. I also called with the program manager and requested if she could help me cancel my two-semester module because I won't be able to accomplish it because I'm constantly unwell. She informed me that there is a chance I will have to pay to redo the module next year, which I find incredibly unjust because if I wasn't pregnant, I would have done them all. I refuse to pay for modules that I did not finish or complete, and I request a return of the R4000 that I paid from my account into the milkpark account. See the motivating letter from my doctor; if nothing is done about this subject, I will take it up with my lawyers because it is robbery. We don't care about your students, Milpark; you're in the business of making money, and you don't care how your decisions affect people's pockets.
