Consultant who didnt get back2me, disappointed :(

I forwarded all the emails that I sent to Simon, manager of Milpark. And I spoke to VA consultant, who was very confusing me and not very understanding because I had to report and update her about the incident that happened a couple of months ago. Which, i have concluded that it will never be attended to by any staff member of VA and highly disappointed at the service, especially as a new member who's jus been with VA for close too 3months.

There hasn't been any changes since i reported my concern with Churchill, since that has not been attended to. I was receiving non-stop calls about the money that I owe VA in order to cancel my membership, which i was hoping that if the matter was solved then I would have to peacefully return back to Milpark VA. A consultant once even suggested that I move to Cresta, like really? when Milpark was very convenient for me since i stay in Braamfontein.

I always received privatised/anonymous calls from VA during class hours and when I politely as the consultant to call me at a certain time, they wouldn't then I would receive a call the next morning from another consultant. I am unemployed, currently studying, etc. and not a criminal.
