My partner and I have been trying to get his certifcates re-issued he lost them in a fire. he has initially been trying to attain his certificates for the past couple of years. I have decided to assist him and he has made the necessary payments and provided the supporting documents. we have been referred to over 6 people in the past 2 months -none of them have given us satisfactory responses besides referring us to the next person.
