I am very very upset with this bank, I have been using standard bank since 2008 but the what they just did now is just wrong for words. Standarnd bank transferred R5246.17 on Monday 26 June 2017 from my personal account to a student loan account, without my concern, no phone call was made to me or any sort of arrangement, they just did it on their own. I now don't have funds in my account, my other debit orders are going to bounce because of this. I have been waiting for a phone call from standard bank but nothing has happened since then. Somebody anybody please help me as I need my money
