Hi, my name is Maryam student no 3586 7515. I am registered for EUP1501 and i am having so many problems with the MyITLab software and nobody seems to be able to assist me. i downloaded and installed the package and now it constantly kicks me out and brings up an error message. i can only answer one question at a time and then it kicks me out and i have to restart the whole programme again. i have installed the software on my laptop, my work computer and on my friends computer and it does the same thing on all pcs every single time. i am seriously at my wits end now
