I dont know about other students but the way unisa is responding to queries is ridiculous. i sent a query sometime back and still no response. The staff of unisa is absolutely incompetent with dealing with any issues. Money is a huge concern to us (students) and we sacrifice alot to study but when it comes to queries unisa does absolutely zilch to respond even taking the whole year to respond or not. Maybe that is why they chose this systm rather than having the call centre, by this way the can avoid certain issues and deal with other issues. really really pathetic for an institute this recognisable.
