My daughter applied to sudy at Unisa when die applications opened, We did'nt hear anything from them, I've sent emails, with no reply, I phoned Freddy Mavhungu at the Potchefstroom centre. He's reply was that if she has a student nr she's accepted and that she must come and register. She went to the centre, they told her something is wrong with her application they will look into it and phone her back, after a week she went back to the centre, they told her they did'nt receive her senior certificate, she then made copies let it certified and took it to them on the same day. They submitted it to Pretoria, and again will phone her. After a week se went back to them, this was the last week of registrations, time is running out, She went every day with no luck, I've phoned them emailed them with no response. The last day of registration they told her she cant register because they did'nt receive her certificate she must reapply in April to register in June. She is heartbroken she just want to study
