I went to register with unisa and was standing in the queue by 0715 in the morning. When they opened I was probably the 10th person immediately I was told to leave because the system is offline. I then decided to wait for it to come back up. I was served at 6pm and my account was not unblocked resulting in me not registering although I got there so early. Everyone was so rude and unhelpful! Unisa does not Care about its studnets they just turn you away. Why should I suffer because their system is badly made. Please unisa this happens every year pull up your socks. Improve.
