I sent UNISA the first email on the 10th of December requesting for information regarding the process to register. Since this date I have sent UNISA 6 other emails requesting for information on how to register and till today I still have no idea how to register. I tried contacting them all day yesterday and since 8 this morning but every single number for UNISA on Google seems to remain unanswered. All I would like to do is to register, be informed of how much I need to pay, get the books and study... If registering with them is this difficult I really don't even want to think of the kind of service I will get once I am a student. Oh and registration closes today, as per UNISA. It's evident that they don't care about service at all and they don't care about their clients and honestly I think contacting another institution to study with will be a lot easier than chasing after the so called and obviously not "best correspondence university in South Africa"
