Greetings,
I have been accepted to study in 2014 have applied for financial aid at Wits university and have had problems with the financial aid office either not receiving my documents or not responding promptly. I understand that they have a lot of applications to sort through and I am in no way insulting their abilities but I kindly ask that they respond promptly so we may accommodate them. As a new student and registration being next week, I have no idea whether I have received res or financial aid, and without financial aid I cannot register and I have made no alternative plans because I have not been consulted to do so. Also I am afraid to approach admin because they either insult you or dismiss your queries. My anxiety to know about my future seems to irritate them even when I approach them with kindness.
