I require a print out of current credits i have in order to apply for experiential training (a compulsory component required in order to complete an engineering diploma).
I have sent numerous emails though an online form (on the UNISA website), text messages via the shortcodes provided on the UNISA website, and no-answer calls (on numbers provided on the UNISA website) to get this information since 10th Jan 2014.
In my opinion, UNISA has the worst support system i have ever encountered - its non-existent! I am switching to a Technical College as a result - goodbye and good riddens...
