I once again feel I need to complain about bad delivery times, at 18:45 I placed an online order for delivery at 18:50 I got a call to confirm my order and was told would take 30 -45min to be delivered. At 20:11 pm (1H30 later) I sent an email to [Email Removed] to follow up on my order to which I got no response at 20:30 I phoned the deliveries number to follow up on my order and was told that he will phone the store and follow up on my order, at 20:45 my order was eventually delivered almost 2 hours after getting the confirmation call and once again it is absolutely cold and unappetizing. No response from the call center. My last 3 orders have all been a hour or more late and all 3 times my food was freezing not cold but freezing and completely unappetizing once reheated, this also not the first time that this has happened on 29/10/2012 I had the exact same complaint on Hellopeter to which KFC's customercare phone and apologized, I was told that I will get communication via mail. I am still waiting for that mail. The store that delivers to me is not even 5min drive from my house. I will not support KFC deliveries again and will also share my bad experience with every one
