I do not understand how Unisa can call themselves an Institution assiting learners in obtaining their qualifications through Unisa - I have been requesting assistance regarding my matriculation exemption from the beginning of December!!! - I have submitted all the required documentation and paid R410 to the matriculation board in order for them to unblock my registration for 2014. My company FNB have already paid my study fees for 2014 - however I am unable to register due to someones incompetence... I have been emailing just about all the staff at Unisa - however NO REPLY!!! Registration closes the 20th of January however I am unable to register!!!
