Account blocked and need to registe

I was studying with UNISA, then i had problems and not been able to pay. I was handed over to ITCba and i paid the full outstanding amount. I want to register again with UNISA and my account is still blocked. I dont owe UNISA i paid the full outstanding amount. I need to register gain.
