My wife's course has been put on hold until payment has been made. UNISA say I need to pay R5400 in order to activate her course. However her account is sitting on a credit balance of R5610.
I can't get hold of anyone to fix the problem, No one responds to emails or the SMS line. This is a matter of urgency as she needs to get started.
Please can someone just look at her finance account and sort the problem out.
