Payment was made to UNISA in the beginning of April (split into 2 amounts, for some reason), which shows on my Financial Details tab on myUNISA. However, subsequently on the 27th and 30th May it is reversed again - for what reason, I cannot determine. I have faxed the proof of payment and the request to correct the account, I have emailed UNISA - but as of yet no response. I absolutely NEED my results, and the lack thereof due to this problem is causing me quite some distress.
If there is a reason to reverse the payment, LET ME KNOW - otherwise, fix it please as a matter of urgency!
