I have done an online registration as do many people, the payment went through from my credit card, it even shows on My Unisa that I am in credit however my registration details read that payment is still awaiting.
Registration ends tomorrow and despite zillions of emails, sms'es, telephone calls, and even the involvement of UNISA's ombudsman, there is no response whatsoever. I'm tearing my hair out!!!
All I'm saying is, my son best be registered for this semester!!!
