Until Dec 13 there was no indication of me owing a re instation fee, i constantly check my fees on line and my balance always was - R 120 which according to my understanding meant i have credit balance, i paid in R500 on Dec 13 there is suddlenly a reinstation fee thats been deducted, reinstation of WHAT? i have NEVER been notified of my studies being suspended ever? Can somebody at UNISA explain this to me??
