My UNISA modules were cancelled with no invoice and no notification received in this regard.
The balance for my studies on MyUnisa shows a zero balance; and my ageing analysis also shows a zero balance. So the conclusion is that according to myUnisa, I do not owe any money. My study units, however, were cancelled on the portal for reason "cancellation - financial".
Unisa, doesn't respond to my queries via e-mail and the lack of decent communication channels is very frustrating.
I have paid for my studies in full and need to be re-instated soon as I'm about to start exams in May.
The UNISA processes and the disrespectful manner in which they have cancelled my study units is putting undue stress on me for the coming exams..
