I have so many complaints about Unisa I really do not know where to start. I registered for a module in the second cemester but I cancelled the module via email before the cut off date. They did not reimburse me the R400 because they say I did not complete a certain cancellation form so I forfeit that amount. Why did they not sent me the cancellation form when I cancelled via email? I'm going for my second year and all of a sudden they change the curriculum. You cannot choose from group B and group C and group D your modules you have to choose 7 modules from either group B OR group C OR group D. They messed up my studies. You have to send thousands of emails regarding the modules you have registered for because they never send all your books at once. You cannot phone despatch because despatch never answers the phones. All of us pay a lot of money and they are very quick to inform about the amount you owe them. We are living in a democratic South Africa but nobody listens to what the people are saying. This is pathetic and I am considering the idea to rather study at another distant learning college
