Incompetence once again

I registered on the 26.01.2013 for the first semester. I registered for 3 year modules and 3 semester modules. As of the 01.02.2013, i had a credit balance of R1700 When i checked my myunisa profile, it said that i am not registered for any modules. i find this strange as i registered in January and have proof via an e-mail and a hard copy received in the post. I send e-mails to 3 different addresses and to date have received no response. I called registrations today and spoke to Holly who insists that i cancelled my study modules and therefore forfiet my money which i know nothing about. She said she couldn't do anything and said i should call the finance department. I tried calling both the numbers she provided me with and the telephone just rings. I want my modules reinstated or my money refunded to me. This is not the first time that i am reporting unisa on hellopeter. Last year i had a similiar problem regarding modules and cancellation. Because of this instead of completing my degree in July 2014, i will end up completing in November 2015 and this is not fair to me. I just want Unisa to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
