Long story short. I was FINALLY given a tracking number and were told that the award was register mailed on the 26th of November. A week ago I tried to track the item with no success. The tracking number was unregistered, After contacting several post office branches and making use of the customer call centre for tracking the post office still couldn't pick up on the tracking number. I contacted Damelin again and asked for them to check the tracking number and was told that the award was posted. I checked with the post office again with the same result. I went back to Damelin for a third time and their comment per email was the award was posted off as per the awards department. I should check the nearest post office. So in circles I go. I could have lived with this if my experience with Damelin over the past three years had been different.
Never ever again will I waste money on such an unprofessional college. Not even looking forward to receiving the award anymore.
Damelin go get some tips from College SA and Get Smarter who by the way had no problems issuing books, results and awards on time and never about the status on updates.
