BAD service and respond time

I have been struggling for 3 years now to get exemptions on my modules from another college. Some was done and some wasn't. i took leave from work on 3 occasions to see someone about it, i took along all my documents for the proceedings. (Those dissappeared along the line anyway) If you call unisa they put you through to someone that doesn't pick up, and your line drops. Call again and nobody answers... call again and it is engaged. I have sent e-mails regarding certain subjects and then request an answer for the same question over 3 times and i have the e-mails to prove it (spread over days, to weeks) Again i ask them to see someone as my situation is complicated with subject codes being changed and carried over from my other college, and was told everyone is too busy because of the registrations..which is understandable but regrettable as i need to speak to the people that knows about my situation. According to me i should be finished with my second year when i pass this one module but according to them i am still outstanding 5 modules... which tells me something has gone wrong again...
