I am so tired of battling to get my books from Damelin Correspondence, the worst decision I have ever made was to enrol with them. I pay my course in full and after the alleged 21 working days passed which was the period to receive my study material in I started enquiring and I have had one story after the other... I still don't have my study material after I was promised to receive it in this week. I phoned the "wonderful" team leader Molefe to lodge my complaint again and guess what he informs me of, my study material has still not been dispatched. What the??? Is this then??? I am going to take this to the papers and warn everyone against them... absolutely pathetic!!!
