When it was me who had to to pay you... you would respond to my emails quicker than i could say please help. Now that i don't owe you anymore, and its time for you to deliver you take your time to get back to me.
I sent Nadiemah an email on the 22nd of Nov 2012 requesting an update as to when my certificate will be delivered to me, to this day im still awaiting her response.
i sent her another email on the 26th of February 2013 and still no response. I have seen many reports on Intec college delaying to deliver when its their turn to deliver, however, i chose to give you a benefit of a doubt, i guess i was foolish. PLEASE MAKE Sure you get back to me, this time with my certificate as i dont owe you guys a single cent.
i would really appreciate it if someone responsible enough to deliver can get back to me.
