Certificate return - wrong spelling

I received my certificate for a course which I completed. It took a good 2 months to arrive at the post office. I collected it and realised my name on the certificate is spelled incorrectly. I called the student centre, to which the lady on the other end told me i would have to go to the post office and use my own cash to send the certificate back via registered post. I told her that is ridiculous, as I did not make the spelling mistake and I feel it is Intec's duty to correct the error. The lady on the line said that I would have to wait for a supervisor to return my call. 24hours later i called the centre again looking to speak to a supervisor, and another person said this usually takes 48hours, so I should wait. This first call I made was last week Wednesday. It has now been 3 working days, and i have still not received a call. I refuse to spend my time and money sending the certificate back. I believe intec should send a courier to collect it from me as they made the mistake.
