I have signed up for EUP1501 and it is nothing but a shambles. Since the beginning of the month I have been trying to figure out what the subject is about. However on the MyUnisa page there is no name of ANYBODY that can be contacted if there are any enquiries with regards to the subject. We are just expected to sit, wait and stress until UNISA deems it fit so let us know what is going on. Now after all this time they come out and say I have ONE week to complete the first assignmnt, I have been trying to plan since the beginning of the month and now they say I have one week to finish the assignment. They never mentioned that I would also need to Microsoft word installed on my pc (I have been using open office) now in the space of a week I have to suddenly fork out R1000 for Microsoft office? Still there is no number I can call if I have issues, there is a student advisor that came into being a couple of days however I have received no sense of what is really going from him. This is nothing short of completely unacceptable from UNISA, Their poor planning is resulting is serious undue stress on my side. Why is there no number I can phone to ask what on earth is going on???
