No Feedback for 4 months

I registered for only 1 subject back in November and paid for the subject already and till date I have had no response from UNISA. I went onto MyUnisa and have seen the dates change in January, February and now in March which means that somebody has gone in to deal or not deal with the case and then left it. The part where I am very unhappy is that I have e-mailed UNISA on numerous occasions as this is my only method of communication in the day, and not one of my correspondence was replied on which makes me feel that UNISA is not interested in me as a student. I know UNISA could be busy but not doing anything or replying for 4 months is highly unacceptable, I definately do not feel appreciated and would like to have this resolved soon.
