I've had endless trouble with Unisa in the last semester of 2013 (semester one). My assignments were never returned in time for me to review them for the exams, seems couterproductive how are we supposed to see where we've gone wrong in the assignments and what to focus on for the exams!! Also you email the help address and nobody ever responds!!
EUP1501 was a nightmare from the start, there were constant problems with trying to load the assignments onto the portal on MyUnisa and ITLab. I handed in most of my assignment and loaded them on ITLab, the portal on MyUnisa and the blog site. I received 95% for my exam and the system is saying I received 23% for my assignments which is completely incorrect. I've sent 2 emails to Unisa, one to Professor Goosen directly and one to the EUP email address, no response!!! I've tried calling Unisa and the phone rings off the hook or is engaged.
I want this resolved I shouldn't have failed this subject and I want feedback this is completely ludicrous.
