Despite having paid the full amount for a short course COBK01P which was supposed to start on 1 April 2013, I have received no study or course material. I have been able to register for MyUnisa but again no material has been uploaded and no contact details published. It appears that the course has not started. I have tried to contact Unisa, but Mrs P Ngcobo and Ms T. Radise the published contact people for the department of economics put their phone down when I tried to phone. Further more I have not been able to access my mylife email (with the username and password i was given by Unisa), and i am probably missing vital information send to my email. I have emailed Unisa but have not received any assistance from them or Microsoft.
