I have followed the postponement procedure as per your policies. I emailed as you can see below my proof of payment and postpknement paperwork to you on the 28th
I received the message below to say that i can not postpone as it is too late. However as per your policy on your website it says "ICB must receive your letter and payment 2 weeks before the exam cycle that your original assessment is in. For example, if your assessment is booked on a Thursday, we need your postponement request 2 weeks before the Monday of that week."
My exam is booked for the 13th of November the monday of that week is the 11th of November and 2 weeks before that is the 28th of October.
I have been talking to 3 different staff members this morning with no luck.
I send the first email on Monday and again on Tuesday and have received no response.
I believe that i am in line with your policies as per your website and therefor i should be allowed the postponement.
