Poor administration and Incompetent staff

I have not received study material for the 2nd semester and on numerous occasions my concern fell on deaf ears. I am now not eligible to write my exams, however I keep receiving letters requesting payment. The last person I spoke to, Bongani, also could not help me and says that its my fault. I have been sending emails and calling since July and the other lady insisted that I received my s/m on a flash drive (which I never requested by the way). I also struggle to digest that fact that an institution as big as Unisa does not have a system that records student queries whenever they call as Bongani advised. Not only did you not waste my time, I am told that I would just have to re-register these modules again. All I am saying is send my study material and I will write with supplementing people as I am not willing to pay again for these modules and time is against me.
