I have tried calling into your call centre today twice today.
The phone rings and gets picked up, the agent says nothing and puts me back on hold.
The second time I called, it rang, the call centre agent picked up the phoned without saying hello. I could hear typing and voices in the background. When I said hello the phone was put down.
Results were too be released Friday 31 Feb Monday 3rd Feb and Tuesday the 4th Feb as per the sms received.
I have only received 2 out of 3 exam results on Monday afternoon. On Monday and Tuesday I called the call centre to tell them this and was advised they would send a message to the exams department advising that they still needed to send the last result. It is always messages, excalating messages as I am advised everytime they cannot talk to the exam department.
Every exam session when results are released there are problems. Eg: Results are released later or I just don't get them until 2 weeks later after I call in and they call centre agent has them on their system.
I am so tired of the terrible and unreliable service.
Please I am looking for my Concepts of management computing result.
