I can't believe the the service I have received from unisa a educational institute that can't even answer there phones or respond to a email. I have applied at unisa last year already and still no reply.my hubby went there on Friday and guess what they where missing one doc and could not send a email to request it.
Secondly it's been a week and still no reply no acceptance or decline or nothing. What do I need to do to get the service I pay for.
