My daughter sent UNISA an email trying to register on 29th July and got a reply on 8th August to contact the "AME" office on [email protected] to apply for an exemption. She emailed then on 15th august but got o reply, even after sending reminders. 50 days have now passed. Is there a complaints depatment, contact email or number? If seems you cannot even complain about this awful service.
