I was going to study at Damelin College when I moved all the way from a different City only to be told I can't study there anymore, it was a big inconvenience for me. I filled out forms to get a Refund on my study money that I already paid, only to be told 2 or 3 months later that my forms has been missed placed, and I had to full them in again. Which became my problem. I was then given a new form to complete for the refund. This was sent to headquarters for approval, after the staff said this will now only take up to another 6-8 weeks. When asked why forms was misplaced, they could not give an answer. The general manager said she wasn't even aware of this problem at that time, which means the office communication is not good. After numerous emails to the general manger asking when the funds will be refunded, I still don't have the money after about 2months! They don't give me any feedback out of their own, instead I must just keep on asking them what's going on! It's their mistake from beginning now I must sit with this nonsense. Funds are supposed to be getting some interest long ago in the trust fund but instead it's laying in damelins acc losing money! I want answers!?
