Full payment of study fees was made to UNISA however for some reason, there is a still a balance showing on myUnisa. I have sent emails about a month ago and still no response. This is a fault on their side becuase they have not allocated some of my paymets that was made at the end of October already. Really don't know why the they removed their call centre. I am unable to obtain my exam results to be able to register for this year and also for my bursary application. However we cannot complain about the service because there is no service. Don't know what else to do but complain here!
