I have been trying continuously to get hold of a consultant. I am unable to log onto my unisa email account, and i urgently require access to this. It has been a week since i received any feedback since my query.
I was told that this would be resolved within 24hrs, however i cannot get through to Unisa and received no feedback.
Please help!
