Unisa no feedback recieved

Hi I have sent the below email to Unisa on the 22/10/13 and have still not recieved feedback. I have been a student of Unisa for a number of years and really disgusted with the service. My student number is : 44182465

I have to date not received any response with regards to my application for 2014. I received an sms to say if no response received by 18/10/13 to email.

Please advise urgently.
