I have sent Unisa numerous amounts of emails to try and find out about my graduation and my degree, and I have still not received a reply. Not even an automatic response from them. This is not the first time this has happened either during the 5 years that I have studied with them. Ever since they stopped their help line when you could actually speak to someone, the response back and level of efficiency has dropped tremendously. I just don't understand how a higher education can possibly be lacking such proficiency!
