I have completed two honours degrees within the last two years with Unisa. However, on the myUnisa system it says that both qualifications are incomplete. I have contacted Unisa by email on several occasions, requesting them to look into the matter, also inquiring when my graduation will be.
I have not had a single response to my queries.
I am becoming quite anxious about this as I am leaving the country in September and would like to attend my graduation.
Unisa taking away their call center lines was a really bad idea as there is no way to get in contact with the staff. They clearly do not answer any emails.
Can someone please sort this out and get back to me???
