I called their customer line to request a reprint of my certificate that I lost. They took my contact number and told me that a consultant who deals with certificate will call me within 10 days. After a month I call again same thing was said to me. I called again if I am not mistaken I spoke to Prudence or Ms Mazibuko who told me the same story of getting a call within 10 days. even now I have receive any call nor my reprinted certificate.
