I have been enquiring via email and telephonically to Unisa regarding information needed in order to enroll for studies next semester and am shocked at how little care is given and how bad the overall service has been thus far. In a week and a half I have merely been told that I have reached the incorrect department and should try again. As a result, missed that registration deadline and due to their own incompetencies! When will South African Industries pick up on service!! You are playing with people's lives here Unisa!!!
