I've called and e-mailed UNISA asking them to reset my user accound to be able ta access my study material and submit my assignments to them in order abtain my diploma. To no avail, took a month or more to return one of many calls, only to tell me they cannot do it. Then I get an e-mail stating that they have a system error and will only be able to do it at a later stage, this was 5th of September:
Dear Student
We are unable to reset myLife passwords at this stage, as Microsoft needs to upgrade, this will only happen on the 11th September 2013. If you need to log into your myLife account you can login via the myUnisa account and click on the link mylife email access inside your myUnisa portal.
If you unable to sign in this manner the unfortunately you would have to wait till our systems will be upgraded.

Still nothing is done to get me back on track and assisting me to complete my semester, even though I've indicated errors on my registration as well.
