HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED IN UNISA'S SERVICES

Im in my final year of my LLB degree, and wanted to register for my final 6 subjects this semester. Due to the fact that a student may only register for 5 modules per semester, I approached the unisa offices to assist me with the 6th module, as I didnt know what the procedure was. For 2 weeks the employees at Unisa could not assist me as they didnt know what the procedure was and had to find out from the Pretoria offices. Within this 2 weeks I tried contacting the Pretoria offices too, but no one answers the phone at all. Only in the 3rd week, was I shocked when eventually someone decided to answer the phone and assist me. (to whom I am indebted to for his assistance) However now I am back in the same predicament, I have completed the application form for the 6th subject, submitted it and am still awaiting for a response. In the interim the registration will be closing today. Not knowing what the status of my registration of my 6th subject is.

Im am utterly disgusted in the service I have received from unisa. They just dont give a and the worse part of it all, is that you can NEVER reach anyone at their offices, as they just do not bother to answer the phone.
